Why is Hyaluronic Acid important?
As we age, Hyaluronic Acid levels in our skin naturally decrease and our skin condition deteriorates. Excessive sun exposure, free radicals and poor diet can accelerate this process.
Over time, our skin becomes thinner, drier and loses its elasticity.1 Lines and wrinkles start to surface and the appearance of the face changes.
Age-related changes on our face can infl uence not only our perception of our attractiveness but it may also impact on our social interactions and self-confi dence.3 Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injectables can help reverse the signs of ageing1 and have signifi cant positive impact on your selfesteem, self-perception of age, and quality of life.
Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring substance found in the body’s connective tissues, skin and eyes. It plays a crucial role in maintaining skin hydration by binding to water molecules, helping to keep the skin plump, smooth, and supple.

Non-Crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
HA helps retain water in the skin and removes free radicals. 4 Croma’s state of the art manufacturing process ensures that the HA is of high molecular weight- not only in the raw material but also in the final product.
High molecular weight HA possesses anti-inflammatory properties and is furthermore involved in wound healing processes.
Glycerol
Keeps skin hydrated and supple and helps repair its protective barrier for brighter and smoother skin.
Also protects the HA molecules from degradation and strengthens the HA matrix through hydrogen binding. The result: enhanced potency of Hyaluronic Acid.
FAQs
How does a treatment work?
Treatments with croma revitalis® are non-surgical, with minimal recovery time and ensuring natural-looking results.
A healthcare professional injects the product just below the surface of your skin. The Hyaluronic Acid helps your skin to stay moist, which makes it look and feel more toned and plump.
The injections may only take about 15 to 30 minutes. If the procedure goes well, your treating HCP may allow you to return to your daily activities immediately afterwards.
How long will the result last?
The results of an aesthetic treatment with croma revitalis® are longlasting, but not permanent. Clinical studies have shown high patient satisfaction for up to 7 months following treatment.
